Taxes, regional pricing, payment processor fees, and currency conversion charges may apply depending on your location and payment method.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All Altair Anticheat products, scripts, systems, branding, source materials, visual assets, text, and related content remain our exclusive property unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the software or any intellectual property rights to you.

5. License Terms

When you purchase a product from Altair Anticheat, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use that product.

This license is tied to the original purchasing account or approved server environment and may not be shared, sold, sublicensed, transferred, or redistributed.

Unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing, one purchase grants usage only for the intended licensed user, server, or setup.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• resell, redistribute, leak, or repackage any Altair Anticheat product
• share access, license files, accounts, or protected product files with other people
• copy or reproduce our products beyond what is strictly required for licensed use
• modify, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to extract protected logic from our Services
• bypass licensing, authentication, security systems, or anti-cheat protections
• use our Services for unlawful, malicious, abusive, or fraudulent purposes
• interfere with our infrastructure, website, APIs, update systems, or communities
• abuse discounts, regional pricing, or purchasing systems through deceptive methods such as false identity, proxies, or other manipulation

Any violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension, permanent termination, blacklisting, and license revocation without refund.

7. Anti-Cheat Disclosure Responsibility

If you use Altair Anticheat on a FiveM server or similar environment, you are responsible for informing your players or users about the use of anti-cheat technology where required by applicable law, platform policy, or server rules.

This may include informing users about the presence of anti-cheat systems and any identifiers or technical data processed for cheat detection, security, and enforcement purposes.

Altair Anticheat is not responsible for how server owners communicate this information to their own players, customers, or communities.

8. Refunds and License Revocation

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Because our products are digital and commonly delivered instantly, purchases are generally final.

If your access is suspended or revoked due to a violation of these Terms, you will not be entitled to any refund, replacement, or compensation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Altair Anticheat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, server downtime, community losses, reputation damage, or business disruption arising from the use of or inability to use our Services.

You use all Services at your own risk.

10. No Warranty

All Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, compatibility with every third-party resource, or that our Services will detect or prevent every possible threat, exploit, or cheating method.

11. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any Altair Anticheat product or service at any time if we reasonably believe that:

• you violated these Terms
• you engaged in fraud, abuse, or harmful conduct
• you attempted to compromise our systems, products, or community
• continued access creates legal, technical, or security risk

Termination or restriction of access does not limit any other rights or remedies we may have.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, products, legal obligations, or security practices.

16. Affiliation Disclaimer

Altair Anticheat is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with FiveM, Cfx.re, Rockstar Games, or Take-Two Interactive.

All product names, company names, and trademarks mentioned remain the property of their respective owners.
